Here's what our customers are saying...

I pride myself on being very kind and careful when working with your horse.

Hi Brian.

I just wanted to update you on my mare "Kaya" that you did on Sun 9-28-08.  I am very happy to report so far she has not spit/drooled once.  Which is amazing because... I was with her from our appointment at 11am till about 6pm and she usually spits and drool's several times in one hour.  Also her water bucket is so much cleaner.  She would rinse and spit out all the slimy yuck into her water bucket... Not anymore!
As I told you, the fist year I owned her she did not spit or drool.  But then I had her teeth floated and the whole next year all she did was spit and drool, it got progressively worse.  After several different vet visits,  no one could tell me what was wrong.  After listening to your demo at our horse club meeting,  I truly believe this spitting and drooling problem was because she did not get a proper dental.  My big mistake.  Thank you for fixing "Kaya's" spiting and keeping "Sonny" on track too.  I appreciate all your expertise and now my horses have wonderful Smiles !

Thank you again

I to own several horses and fully understand what it feels like to have work done on my horse and how I want only the highest qualified person that will not only do an exceptional job but also do it with as little stress to my horse as possible.

While working with your horse I often stop to give your horse a small rest between each procedure as to avoid your horses jaw from becoming stiff after the dentistry is completed.

I thought that it would be reassuring to here what some of my client thought of their experience with me when I worked on their horses.

Here are some testimonies.

Dear Brian,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and your services yesterday. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I met you at the Equine Affaire, and most of all that you offer these specialized services for the horse industry.

You were so great with all of my horses, and handled all of their little quirks in such a professional, caring, and patient manner. And I’m sure you remember Shorty and Guy. Your patience is a definite virtue.

The detailed explanation of what you were going to do, and had done, were so wonderful. I never had to guess what was going on.

You really paid attention to them, and knew when to start and when to stop. The special attention you gave to my senior horses was greatly appreciated. I could rest assure that any stress level was to a definite minimum.

I really feel that the dentistry my horses went through was done in a very positive manner, and was finished on a positive note.

I look forward to seeing you next year!

Again, thank you so much for your services, and your patience!

Sincerely,

Kimberly Warner

Brian,I just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of our two horses on your visit to our home. It was so very refreshing to watch you do your "magic" in their mouths all the while considering their comfort. I have to say that talking with a fellow horseman who understands and honors the animal was so great. Thank you for sharing your passion and love for the horse with me.Look forward to your next visit.

Sincerely,Sherry Dales Drive

I watched a presentation by Brian Borg on equine dentistry at the Pomona CA Equine Affaire because I was beginning to suspect that my 10 year old National Show Horse mare was having dental problems.  She would constantly stretch her neck out, open her mouth and twist her head back & forth like she was trying to adjust her jaw.  I spoke to him about her and he came out to look at her.  He found a number of dental problems and worked to correct them.  There has been a marked improvement!   She has almost completely stopped doing the neck stretching and seems much more comfortable.  I'm very happy with the results.

Dear Brian,
You did such a beautiful job with Traveler, I wanted to thank you.
Both the excellent dentistry, and your kind approach, mean a lot.
He's not very comfortable with new humans, he's especially skeptical about guys for some reason, and I just hope you realize what a special, positive response he had to you.  He relaxed really very quickly, for him!
Both I, and my landlord (the mounted policeman) whose horse you also did, were especially happy about your patience in just doing a little at a time and giving the horse continuous breaks.  That's how I would like to be worked with, if I were a horse.
The results are so beautiful, and Traveler (as well as Tosca, the police mare) have really never seemed this comfortable - both eating well, and they both have a calmer, cared-for air.  And I think, unless I'm imagining it, Traveler is happier to take the bit.
We and our horses - as well as Laura and her three horses you did that same day, across town - all look forward to seeing you next year.
Best,
Cynthia in Alta Loma, CA
